CGF-BBIA BioInvest Clinic

Clean Growth Fund (CGF) is collaborating with the Bio-based and Biodegradable Industries Association (BBIA) to provide an investment clinic. This will be a face-to-face interactive session in the beautiful city of Edinburgh, at CodeBase hosted by Barclays Eagle Labs.

Clean Growth Fund is a £101m climate venture capital fund, whose mission is to empower UK clean tech entrepreneurs with the expertise and capital that they need to tackle the climate crisis. CGF look for innovations that will abate significant amounts of CO2-eq per year and will typically make an initial investment between £500k and £5m – predominantly during Seed or Series A stages.

Attendees will have the opportunity to pitch their business to the CGF investment team and receive immediate feedback, support and advice. There will opportunities to network with fellow pitchers during the event.
